□ Job Responsibilities :
- Management of Interior Design and construction work related with shop opening
renovation of and Brand's Interior partial renovation
□ Essential Job Functions :
1. Management of Shilla's overal Interior design and construction
- Management of local design company and construction company
- Concept Design, Design Development, Construction and Shop drawing reveiw
- Schedule, Budget Management
- Communication with CAG facility team
2. Management of Brand Renovation in the shop
- Communication with Brand interior Team
- Release Design Guideline and Confirmation for Brand Design
- Schedule, Budget Management
3. Management of Maintenance
- Management of Contractor for maintenance related with interior work. |
