´ã´ç¾÷¹«  PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.     Process/function expertise in scope area – Serves as a point of contact for IT business partners in regards to the functional process.

2.     Leading small-medium IT projects

3.     Gathers, analyzes and describes business requirements and their translation into functional and non-functional IT requirements

4.     Performs configuration and customization of the role scope process within SAP and related systems

5.     Business Process Improvement/innovation – familiarity with FMCG business processes

6.      Works with Business Partners to finalize project proposals/business cases and collaborate with colleagues to provide supporting estimates

7.     Work with the Business Partners and Enterprise Architect in validating and scoping potential IT solutions, reviewing viable options and providing initial cost estimates

8.     Ensures all business requirements and use cases are sufficiently documented and linked to business needs

9.     Oversees Technical Analysts to ensure that they understand the specifications in developing the customer solution (e.g. programming languages such as ABAP, or SAP BW development)

10.  Define user acceptance testing objective and plans

°æ·Â  EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE RECOMMENDED:

- A Bachelor¡¯s degree with over 5 years of relevant functional business and process experience in skills described in the Position Profile section

- Over 10 years of technical IT experience

- Expertise in Financial systems in a consumer products organisation.  Experience required in SAP ERP Financials, Microsoft Excel, and SAP BI

- Proven experience in designing end to end solutions across multiple systems to meet business requirements.

- Experience in business analysis and integration with business partners is highly regarded

- Project management experience of over 3 years

- Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory

Ư±â»çÇ×  POSITION PURPOSE:

The ITS Functional Analyst is responsible for delivering a technology solution that meets business needs.  Specifically, this role provides functional subject matter expertise and configuration experience to gather requirements, specify and implement changes to business processes. 

The role will coordinate with other IT functions to deliver solutions that meets customer and business partner needs.  A capable project manager, and detailed process knowledge expert, the incumbent will work closely with business partners on delivering to customer expectations, as dictated by SLAs and project deliverable requirements.

 

SCOPE:

- Asia Pacific

- Covering Finance functions, specifically SAP FICO and related systems and processes. Knowledge in Fixed Assets, Product Costing, and banking is highly desirable.

 

LOCATION OF ROLE

-  Seoul, South Korea

- This role works with

o    ITS Business Partners – Daily

o    ITS Business Analysts - Daily

o    ITS Technical Analysts - Daily

o    Business Project Leaders – As required

 

REPORTS:

The role reports to the Asia Pacific Finance Business Partner and may at times take functional work direction from a Project Manager. The role may also provide functional leadership to other project team members as necessary.
