| 담당업무 | Finance Cost Accountant Job Description Eaton Corporation located in Busan has an opening for Senior Cost Accountant. The role of the Senior Cost Accountant works closely with Finance controller and is responsible for controlling and managing overall standard costing and inventory management related transactions at Eaton Jeil Hydraulic. The role will encompass a broad range of diverse of cost accounting, inventory related analysis and business forecast including annual budget process. 1.1 standard cost related: ensure standard cost in Mfgpro is accurate and timely maintain new cost for JEIL and Seoul business 1.2 inventory management: Ensure all transactions are input timely and correctly in Mfgpro, work with production to control inventory level and related process, including scrap, negative WIP, and manufacturing variance analysis, perform Walk the-dock frequently. Take lead in Physical Inventory and ensure variances is within threshold 1.3 Process Improvement: through intensive analysis to identify areas to be improved, and work closely wit h related departments to implement better process 1.4 Other Ad-hoc assignment from direct manager The purpose of the position is to: 1) Operating daily Finance a) Checking manufacturing variance daily basis including PPV, MUV and others b) Review inventory detail by location(mainly scrap location value). c) Communicate any business issues. d) Daily unplanned issue/receipt for RND testing or count error. e) Identify and improve standard cost. f) cost analysis requested by APAC or a supporting team. g) New item cost analysis and cost roll-up h) monitor backflush process and ensure NO negative WIP in month-end 2) Commercial business team support a) Participate in the business discussion meeting including MRB and SIOP,provide constructive suggestion for management b) Address all Financials issues and advise any Finance related. c) Co-work with SCM & Manufacturing for inventory management improvement. 3) Monthly closing & Forecast a) MFG/Pro month end closing and data check. b) Review manufacturing variance and net burden variance c) Assist monthly closing other department. d) Sales & COGS reconciliation and Sales & Margin analysis e) BS recon for Inventory accounts including E&O and warranty reserve f) Walk the dock inspection. 4) Annual task a) Take lead in Physical Inventory and reconcile the variance b) Prepare DSA for inventory narrative and mitigate any gaps timely if any c) Work with production and other depts to set up labor and burden every year d) Take-on rate simulation and update e) Assist on any internal and external audits, and ensure no high gaps and 10% reduction on all gaps YOY f) Assist controller on profit plan and strategy plan |

| 특기사항 | Basic Qualifications (Including EducationalRequirements) • Bachelor degree or above in finance and relative major; • 5 years or above working experience in foreign-owned enterprise • Solid background in manufacturing costing • Familiar with US and Local Korea GAAP accounting & tax policy and procedure • Some knowledge on ERP system, MFG/PRO and Oracle system • Strong in financial analysis and strong sense in numbers; • Good management and coordination skill; • Good team player • Familiar with Excel/word/PPT • Fluent in English communication |
