Schedule the supply of materials/components to meet production requirements and minimum safety stock levels and also timely manage PO in system daily basis.

Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for material delivery from supplier to production

Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule

Utilize MRP function in ERP that is in place and ensure that data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues related to the materials scheduling.

Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels or Min-Max level

F

Root cause analysis skills and strong leadership  to generate and communicate with other planners/suppliers for material delivery schedules and forecasts to ensure they reflect requirements and meet demands

Support supplier meetings and negotiations to ensure demand for materials is met

Perform any other material related tasks as assigned

University graduated major in mechanical ,industrial bachelor   , and have experience on MRP and ERP.

Experience with QAD MFG/PRO is plus.

Over 5 years material planning experience and 7 years in SCM function in Hydraulic business  .

Strong English communication skills and computer operating skills(Excel)

SCM or Planning related certification is plus (CPIM, CSCP, etc)

Competency for analysis machining process , cycle time ,capacity and  contingency  plan of material storage
