´ã´ç¾÷¹« | ¿Ü±¹°è ±â¾÷ Àλç´ã´ç¾÷¹« OOO Corporation located in Busan has an opening for Senior HR Generalist. The purpose of the position is to: 1. Good experience in succession planning and know-how to build up ladder for key talents. 2. Helps integrate the short, mid and long-term development planning for all departments. 3. In partnership with HR manage, facilitates the development of the regional OCA process, supporting organization reviews and succession plans. 4. Define and build up company core competency based on development programs. 5. Implements HR programs that related to people development. 6. Facilitates organizational improvement and feedback processes including implementation of the employee survey, APEX-Performance Management, etc. 7. Assures compliance with applicable policies, programs, and procedures in to achieving achieve right work results. 8. Provides inter-cultural awareness support and facilitates assimilation process. 9. Partner with employee relationship works and conduct full year employee relationship improvement plan. 10.Assist in collecting employee complaint issues and help to find out then implement relative solutions. 11.Follow up regular communication plans of all departments and site-wide plans. |

Ư±â»çÇ× | 1. Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) 1) Bachelor¡¯s Degree, Master degree is preferable. Professional presence, excellent English communication skills both writer and spoken. 2) 6 - 12 years¡¯ experience in HR roles of Employee relationship or people development.
