Responsibility
The
main purpose of the role is to develop the technical support offered to the
service network to encourage and support and assist in developing the quality of
the Network regarding technical information, Warranty processes & parts
queries. Provide business support to all Network Partners and other internal
departments. - Warranty claim submission - Analyze claim status and
report - Chargeback to local suppliers - Manage warranty & parts
departments parts disposal - Manage warranty parts returns back to HQ -
Periodical Service meeting – Plan/Report/Instruction, etc. - Manage all
Campaign process - Approval/status report/closing, etc. -
Collect/assesse/submit warranty claims - Audit warranty parts - Train
warranty operations - Support parts administration - Translate warranty
related documents from Korean to English or from English to Korean - To
provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an
accurate, efficient and timely manner - To undertake such other tasks
as may reasonably be required - To enhance the image and reputation of the
company whilst supporting its commercial interests - To comply with good
health and safety practice, all statutory requirements, company policies
and standard procedures

Knowledge, skills and experience
-
Excellent motivational, financial/business planning and organizational
skills - Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written -
Excellent people manager, open to direction, a collaborative work style
with a commitment to get the job done - Professional competence -
Understanding of Dealer Service and Parts Operations. - Good technical
understanding of Commercial vehicles - In-depth knowledge of the truck
industry and parts identification - Microsoft/SAP - Minimum of 4
experiences in the commercial vehicle industry.
