RESPONSIBILITIES
-As part of central product team, responsible for driving game KPI analysis across full life cycle of games-Proactively identify problems and perform a wide range of analysis to produce meaningful insights that improve acquisition, engagement, and monetization across our games
-Provide detailed analysis into individual game metrics and player behaviors to optimize key metrics including retention, conversion, and monetization
-Monitor and optimize our product performance on key dimensions for revenue, retention and engagement
-Drive telemetry standards and improvement in our analytics infrastructure reporting and dashboards
-Assist with data extraction from multiple sources and visualize into dashboards and/or custom reports
-Devise and run game-specific A/B tests to directly and indirectly drive KPI improvements
-Conduct statistical/predictive modeling, plan and ute multivariate A/B tests, and analyze results
QUALIFICATIONS
-Math/Stats/Engineering or other quantitative degree; Advanced degrees a plus
- Prior experience in analytics/business intelligence function in Internet, Consulting, Finance etc
- Strong expertise in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Data warehouse skills and other BI tools
- Exposure to scripting languages, statistical packages and A-B testing a big plus
- Passion for gaming, understanding of free-to-play game mechanics in social and mobile games
- Team player and comfortable collaborating across multiple stakeholders
