Title: Sales Representative
Job Objective:
Responsible for the development and performance of sales activities. Provides direction towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. In close connection with the Branch Manager, establishes plans and strategies to expand and support the customer base in the area.
Responsibilities:
Support the sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
Responsible for the performance and development of the customers assigned
Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
Supports the after sales activities
Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing
Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity related to the Customers
Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
Relationships and Roles:
Internal / External Cooperation
Ensures that all Customers meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes
Sets examples for Customers in terms of commitment, organization, selling skills and work habits
Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Job Specifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in area Sales
Preferably Mechanical Degree and experiences in Pharmaceutical Industry
Experience with automated machinery or packaging solutions and multinational environment
Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
Fluent Business English, extrovert personality
International Business experience will be considered a plus
Hard working, ability to work under intense pressure.
